Dominic operates as a Consultant in Hamburg as well as internationally. His main focus lies in recruitment and selection projects as well as in development assessments and analysis of leadership potential. He is member of the Mercuri Urval Health Care Sector Group and focuses on mid-size international companies from the Tech and Health industry. Another focus are sales functions.
Before joining Mercuri Urval in 2010, Dominic worked several years as a senior consultant at a well established HR consulting company with the industry focus mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and medical technology in the SME and corporate environment. Prior to that, he worked for an international automotive manufacturer.
MBA in Switzerland with a focus on Human Resource Management, before that studied education, philosophy and pedagogics.
