Pawel Kluska is Senior Consultant at Mercuri Urval Warsaw office and has been with MU since 2024.
Pawel’s focus is to develop and strengthen MU presence in Professional Services and Retail sectors in Poland and across Europe. His expertise extends beyond Executive Search to encompass a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and talent acquisition strategies, honed through years of hands-on experience in diverse industry landscapes.
Having commenced his professional journey in Executive Search in 2004, Pawel has accumulated extensive experience in leading searches in sectors such as retail and distribution, e-commerce and digital, professional services (management and strategic consulting) and private equity (fund management and portfolio companies).
Pawel holds a Master's degree in Occupational and Environmental Psychology from the Catholic University of Lublin. He is fluent in both Polish and English, facilitating seamless communication in multicultural environments.
