MU has once again proven its strength in the industry, securing a top position in a new ranking of Germany's best recruitment consultancies.
This latest ranking was conducted by WirtschaftsWoche, and are based on a questionnaire by Christel Gade, Professor of Human Resources and Organisation at IU International University of Applied Sciences. Between October 2024 and October 2025, around 3000 HR decision-makers indicated in 6000 individual evaluations how satisfied they were with the performance of the headhunters they commissioned. In addition, there were around 100 reference interviews. More than 900 consultations were named and evaluated.
This evaluation continues to place us among the top executive search firms and well-known recruitment service providers in Germany. This result reaffirms our leadership in providing expert services across diverse practices, underscoring the trust clients place in us.
