Stéphane Schuseil, based in Nyon - Switzerland, has been member of Mercuri Urval since March 1993. His focus since his early years has been Executive selection and search, mainly for Swiss medium and small enterprises ranging from the most confidential Family Office to bigger industries active abroad, and for international companies in various fields. He benefits from a rich experience in organisational development projects of all sizes and scales. He has a wide sectorial experience, varying Production industries and Services, not to forget Humanitarian Organisations, Public Authorities and NPO/NGO.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Stéphane was Recruitment Director at Art Center College of Design (Europe) 1987 – 1992, an American Design Institution, famous for its automotive design and graphics sector.
