Julia joined MU in Shanghai in 2021 focusing on Executive Search and Leadership Advisory for global clients. She is a certified MU Assessor and has more than 20 years' experience working in international environments in Europe, Southeast Asia and Greater China, supporting global companies within human resources, market access-, and business advisory services. She has solid experience in both corporate management roles and consultancy.
Prior to joining MU, Julia was a Global Accounts Director, providing advisory services to MNCs and SMEs; Management of market access programs in APAC; export promotion for the German government and industry; Human resources professional in both consultancy and in-house.
Julia holds an MBA with special focus on ‘Human Resources Management in Global Markets’ from Heriot-Watt University UK (Edinburgh Business School EBS) and previous studies in Psychology/ Macro-Economics at the University of Hamburg, Germany.
