Wilma, who works in our Milan office, has been with Mercuri Urval since 2000. Her main tasks are administrative and organisational, both in Finance and HR, such as:

  • Office Management Support
  • Control of Customer and Supplier tax data
  • Management and updating of registration in customers’ database
  • Management of active invoices and registration of passive invoices
  • Ensure that tax/legal documents are kept in digital and paper archives
  • Cash management
  • Management of mandatory and optional trainings for employees
  • Monthly monitoring of employees' presences and their expense reports.

Wilma is the workers' Safety Representative.
