Timo joined Mercuri Urval as Senior Consultant in August 2022. Prior to this, he was a Senior Consultant/Partner in another Executive Search company for four years where he was leading the IT- and Technology practice. Timo is helping his customers to find the best fitting candidates for executives and key person roles through Executive Search in Finland and abroad.
Prior to his consulting career, Timo worked for over 15 years in leading roles in IT- and Technology companies in Finland and in the Nordics, and he is very familiar with the different IT domains and services. Timo has also worked in the Financial Services industry for over 10 years as Bank Director/VP in the Corporate Banking area and has cooperated closely with the FS-industry players ever since.
Timo holds a Master’s degree (M.P.S) from the University of Helsinki and speaks fluent English and fair Swedish in addition to his native language Finnish.
