Therese Skjold Jensen is Senior Consultant at MU. Her client work is focused on Board and Executive mandates within the sector Technology, Media and Telecom.
Before joining MU, Therese has more than 20 years of management in midsize and large international companies. She started her career in IT-recruitment at Centric Professionals – where she developed and managed the Bergen office for several years. Later she held various management positions in one of the leading technology companies in the Nordics. Here she was a member of the management team in EVRY Digital Consulting, Norway, and later she was part of the Global Talent Acquisition management team at Tietoevry,
Therese is known for having a strategic mindset and for being a kind, professional and a focused leader who always wants to give her colleagues, candidates and clients top service and the best solutions.
As former founder, chair and co-owner of two family-businesses and a start-up, she also has entrepreneurial experience which has given her competence in starting, developing, operating and selling companies.
Therese holds a Master's degree in Social Science from the University of Bergen and has additional education in Change Management and Organisational Psychology from the Norwegian School of Economics, and Board competency from BI Norwegian Business School.
