Polyana Wichert

Polyana has been working as a researcher at Mercuri Urval since August 2022. After she graduated in Business Management, most of her 10 years of working experience has been in Human Resources (talent acquisition, leadership advisory and coaching) in large industrial companies in the Forestry, Pulp & Paper and Food sectors.

She has vast experience working across different cultures and team environments as she has lived in many different countries including Brazil, Canada, England, China, Spain, New Zealand, Indonesia and Finland.

Polyana is fluent in English and Portuguese, and Spanish on a conversational level.
