Peter has been working for MU in Helsinki since August 2018.
Before joining MU Peter had more than 10 years of experience working as an executive search consultant in Finland as well as recruiting qualified medical staff for one year in an international environment. Peter has 2,5 years of experience leading an international recruitment company's Finnish operations with full P/L responsibility. Peter has strong experience in coordinating recruitment services internationally and assisting foreign companies entering and expanding in the Finnish marketplace.
Peter is certified in Master ACE, WOPI and Cut-e assessment tools and he is an experienced consultant when it comes to assessing individuals and professional teams. He has successfully recruited hundreds of professionals in CXO roles, senior sales roles, real estate, finance, manufacturing, IT, and life sciences.
Peter is originally from Sweden and speaks fluent English, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian with a strong cross-cultural understanding. He has a good understanding of German and Finnish.
Peter holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki with a major in Marketing and international HR.
