Olivia Lumbe, based in the Vienna office, supports national and international companies in the private and public sectors with executive search projects and Mercuri Urval Leadership Assessment. Her focus is on the DACH and CEE regions with the practice areas of Professional Services, Financial Services and Industrial Products & Manufacturing.
She is responsible for both consulting and the further development of existing clients. Olivia has been working in the field of executive search since 2010. Before joining Mercuri Urval, she worked for renowned and internationally active executive search companies in Vienna. In addition to executive search, her activities include leadership assessment and talent management.
Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management with a specialisation in labour law. In addition, to her soft and hard skills, she is a native German speaker, speaks fluent English, and has profound knowledge of Croatian and French.
