Niklas is a Partner and Group Director for Mercuri Urval in Finland. In his client work, Niklas focuses on strategic level Executive Search and Leadership Advisory. In his client work Niklas focuses mainly on C- level assignments for international corporations. He is part of Mercuri Urval Finland Leadership Team.
Besides his own client work, Niklas is responsible for Mercuri Urval’s global Trusted Affiliates Program.
Previously he was responsible for MU business in Asia-Pacific, where he carried the P/L responsibility for MU operation is China, India, Singapore and Japan.
Prior to leading Mercuri Urval APAC, Niklas was the global Practice Leader of MU’s Manufacturing Practice.
Niklas is an ICF certified coach. He holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration From Turku University, majoring in International Business and minoring in Management and Organization.
