Since 2007, Mikkel Skole has guided the Danish and international MU organisations in attracting and developing top leaders. Known for combining executive search expertise with coaching and organisational insight, he helps clients strengthen leadership teams, manage complex change, and achieve their strategic ambitions.
Mikkel was appointed partner in 2017 and Executive Vice President in 2020. Today he holds the role as Global Practice Head for Aerospace and Defence and leads our Global Key Account Management development across practices.
Mikkel holds a Master of Laws degree from Aarhus University (2006), an Executive MBA in Global Management from IE Business School in Madrid (2014).
