Maria Stenico joined Mercuri Urval Zurich in 2018. She supports the consultants with the delivery of diverse projects by identifying, approaching and evaluating potential candidates. She focused on conducting the psychometric selection assessments and potential assessments of executive managers as well as conducting team assessments by the use of the MU 360 feedback tool. Prior to Mercuri Urval, Maria gathered experience in the scientific field, project management for a global Swiss pharmaceutical company, in a management consultancy as well as in operative HR management for a start-up company.
Maria studied Business administration, majoring in HR and business psychology, at the University of Cologne, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and Tel Aviv University, graduating with a Master's degree. Furthermore, she completed further training in the field of personnel psychology at the Distance Learning University of Applied Sciences Switzerland. She speaks German, Russian and English business fluently and has knowledge in Spanish and French.
