Kata Beck-Bíró, PhD, joined the Wien office as a consultant in 2022 and focuses on Executive Search, coaching and team coaching processes all around Europe. Her vocation is to support personal and organisational self-actualisation.
Kata has 20+ years of expertise in organisation development: she helped several MNCs, SMEs, startups and public administration offices to balance profitability and humanistic point of view at both strategical and operational levels through successful workshops, training, team coaching and coaching processes. She also conducts pro bono development processes for NGOs.
Kata graduated from Corvinus University Budapest where she also earnt her PhD degree in the field of management and leadership. Beyond running her own business in organisation development, she pursued an academic career (organisation development and humanistic leadership) at the Corvinus University of Budapest and ESSCA School of management.
Kata is a native in Hungarian, and speaks English and German on a business level and French and Spanish on a conversational level.
