Izabela Skwarek

Since 2017 Izabela Skwarek, based in Warsaw, has been a member of Mercuri Urval. As an Executive Researcher, she cooperates with consultants in delivering recruitment projects for senior and executive positions. She is involved in projects for various industries, including Life Science, FMCG, Production, and Retail. Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, she worked as Researcher for Polish and international recruitment companies.

Izabela had also managed her own research business.

Izabela graduated in German from Warsaw University and in psychology from the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg.

She speaks German fluently.
