Diandra joined the Brussels office of Mercuri Urval in July 2022. As a Delivery Lead, she is in charge of projects from the start till the end and is responsible for all candidates presented to the client.
Diandra brings a track record of delivery across a range of clients in the financial sector, as she has led assignments for senior profiles with a strong focus on insurance.
Diandra started her career as an Analyst in Pension Consultancy for Belgium's largest independent insurance broker and risk consultant. She combined this with additional studies in actuarial sciences. After about two years, she joined the professional union of insurance companies in Belgium as an Advisor Collective Life Insurances. Two years later, she started as a Consultant in a recruitment agency specialising in the insurance and banking industry.
Diandra holds a master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Antwerp and an advanced master’s degree in Actuarial Sciences from the VUB (Brussels).
