Dr. Claudia Marschall, Group Director at Mercuri Urval Germany in Dresden, focuses her consulting on the industrial sector, which includes production, transport and logistics. She focuses on a trusting cooperation with international medium-sized companies. The customer platform consists of companies from the process industry, such as the pulp and paper industry, the glass industry, power plants and production technology as well as service providers. Their consulting focuses are: Executive search, aptitude diagnostics, talent management, potential analyses and organizational consulting.
Dr. Marschall has extensive experience as a project manager for industrial relocation projects (search and selection of up to 600 employees), in the support and implementation of restructuring processes in companies and public institutions as well as in the individual coaching of executives.
She completed her studies at the Technical University "Otto von Guericke" Magdeburg, specialising in work design with a focus on work and engineering psychology, work physiology as well as work organisation, work environment design and ergonomics. In addition, she obtained a doctorate in engineering. In her dissertation she dealt with the "Influence of qualification on human reliability in socio-technical systems".
Before joining Mercuri Urval, she worked for several years as a research assistant at the Chair of Ergonomics at the Brandenburg Technical University Cottbus.
