Beatrice Nicolino joined Mercuri Urval in 2022 as a Researcher, working in particular in the Automotive, FMCG, Life Science and Industrial sectors, dealing with Executive Search and Professional Recruitment projects, aimed at the research and selection of professional profiles of middle- and top-management, both national and international.
Before Mercuri Urval, Beatrice had two other professional experiences, always in the field of research and selection: the first for a British organization operating in all English-speaking countries and specialized in IT profiles; the second for a Brescia company active throughout Central and Northern Italy, active in the field of selection and professional training.
Graduated in Law, Beatrice holds a master's degree in International Human Resources Management, speaks fluent English and knows Spanish. In her spare time she loves reading, cooking and doing physical activity in the nature.
