With her deep knowledge of the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors, Barrett excels at building meaningful relationships with her clients and has expertise in facilitation, conflict management, and building consensus within diverse groups.
Before working in executive search, Barrett worked at multiple NGOs in the US, including the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta where she advised individuals and families on their philanthropic giving.
Barrett is an alumna of Kenyon College. She serves on the governing boards of the Historic Oakland Foundation, the National Center for Race Amity, and the Junior League of Atlanta. Barrett and her husband Eddie live in the historic Cabbagetown neighborhood in Atlanta, Georgia, with their daughter.
