He managed projects for roles in Industrial, Packaging, Capital Equipment, Medical Devices, and Healthcare. Alessandro is the founder and Managing Partner of AGL Search, an Executive Search firm with mandates across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East.
Alessandro has a sound experience in recruiting for agile PE & VC-backed portfolio companies, supporting leadership restructuring and growth strategies. He executes both Executive Search and Professional Recruitment projects.
Alessandro holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Westminster (London, UK). He earned a B.A. in International Business from John Cabot University (Rome, Italy). He is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish
