Irena is a Group Director within MU, part of MU's Hamburg office since 2013. To date, Irena has successfully completed >250 executive mandates, >500 executive assessments and >300 coaching sessions together with teams up to 10 persons.
Prior to MU, Irena worked at the Chair of Organisation & Management at the University of Göttingen, within the Management Diagnostics department for an international automotive group and in the Executive Search for a consumer goods company.
Irena studied at the Universities of Göttingen and Córdoba (Spain) with focus on business psychology, and subsequently obtained a doctorate in business administration. She is a re-certified Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world's largest and most renowned coaching association.
