Zita joined Mercuri Urval in 2023 as an Executive Researcher, based in Milan, Italy. She works in a generalist role with a focus on the Energy & Environment and ESG practices, collaborating with both Italian and international teams to deliver tailored executive search solutions.
Prior to Mercuri Urval, worked as a Researcher on international projects at LHH in Italy, following earlier experience in Croatia in the political and tourism sectors—building a strong foundation in cross-sector research, stakeholder communication, and project coordination.
Holds a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy; fluent in Croatian (native), English, Italian, Hungarian, and Slovenian—bringing strong multicultural and multilingual capabilities to international executive search projects.
