Nadja Dubey works as a Senior Consultant specialising in the placement of leadership and key roles in the construction and real estate industry, as well as in related financial sectors. Her network includes among others investment companies, fund management firms, asset managers, property holders, project developers, banks, and service providers.
As business psychologist (M.Sc), she also supports her clients in the areas of management diagnostics and tailored solutions to enhance employee retention and motivation.
Nadja has over a decade of experience in the industry. Before joining MU, she held various senior positions at Cobalt Deutschland GmbH, including branch management at the Munich location.
