IT & Enterprise Solution Director

As the IT & Enterprise Solution Director, you will ensure that AKVA group has effective, user-friendly, and cost-efficient digital tools, and a stable, secure, and scalable IT platform that supports the company's needs and meets future requirements. You will organize and further develop your team, aiming to build a professionally strong internal service function with good business understanding and a focus on the "right solution" rather than the "best solution."

You are a team player and a good communicator, have excellent collaboration skills, motivated by creating results together with your colleagues and is able to build strong relations across the organization and towards. The position reports to the CFO in Akva Group.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the IT organization, the IT Infrastructure and Operations
• P&L responsibility for IT & Enterprise Systems
• Develop and manage a stable, secure and scalable IT platform
• Implement the company`s IT security policy and procedures internally
• In collaboration with the head of ERP, develop, implement and manage the ERP system (LN) – ongoing process
• Lead processes and systems improvements
• Develop and manage the company`s AI policy and associated tools
• Build a professional and strong internal service function with a good business understanding
• Lead IT purchases

Education and experience:

• Higher relevant education at the master`s level in IT; computer science, engineering or similar
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT and business solutions, including leadership experience with responsibility for budgets, risk management, and schedules.
• Technical understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and AI technology. Management or lead experience, proven records of ability to take lead and set direction
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, make decisions at strategic and operational levels, and ensure progress in projects.
• Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies and break them down into concrete action plans.
• Proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken
