She previously held technical and business responsibilities in both Consumer and Healthcare divisions of the 3M Group at European level, leading high-impact continuous improvement projects. She owns Management Consulting and Executive Search experience with Korn Ferry, Amrop and boutiques.
She has a dual scientific and marketing background, a mixed 20+ experience in industry and consulting, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and a strong taste for international.
