With nearly 20 years of experience advising company management and boards on strategy, Executive Search, talent management, and leadership, Christian is a trusted and respected leader in the field. He also has solid board experience on his own, currently serving on three boards.
Christian has held the role of CEO at Krinova Incubator & Science Park, with a focus on innovation and business development support for start-ups and growth companies.
He is a university lecturer specialising in Organisation and Leadership, also serving as a Leadership Advisor and Mental Trainer within elite sports, currently supporting the Swedish National Handball team. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree.
