Susanna joins MU as an Consultant in our northernmost office, located in Oulu, Finland. Before joining MU, she served as the Executive Director of the Northern Finland Board Partners Association, where she collaborated with a wide range of companies in selecting qualified board members and developing effective board practices.
Susanna brings more than a decade of experience in leadership and organisational development across the hospitality, travel, and international business sectors. Susanna has strong regional insight into Northern Finland and Sweden, gained through many years of working closely with organisations across these regions.
