Alice has been with MU as an Executive Researcher and Delivery Lead for almost 4 years. She has been working across Europe in several set ups of European client-centric teams within different sectors. Alice has an extensive insight in the Candidate Market, knows how to successfully approach candidates within different sectors and creates value for our clients. Her core competences are in the manufacturing and tech industry. She works both with large global clients as well as companies in a start-up-phase. Due to Alice’s curiosity of our clients’ businesses, willingness to continue learning and her capability to build unique relationships with people on all different levels, MU took the opportunity to turn her into an Engagement Manager in the beginning of 2021. It’s time to add the Sales part in Alice’s daily work.
