Michel joined Mercuri Urval as Director of Talent Advisory in 2022, focusing on our Leadership Development and Advisory practice. Michel supports, advises and coaches national and international clients in their challenges on selecting, developing and coaching leaders and leadership teams, counselling organisational transformations as well as succession management in corporate governance.
He has prior experiences since 2007 in a variety of management roles within a leading global organisation servicing C-Level outplacement, building and providing leadership development and coaching services & mentoring leaders on an international level.
Additionally, Michel served as a board member for 9 years in a non-profit federation, an international jury member in European business plan competitions and a trusted mentor to entrepreneurs and company owners.
Michel holds a PhD in Archaeology from the University of Leuven. Languages: Dutch, French, English and German
