Jesper Lund, based in Aarhus, is a member of Mercuri Urval's public sector team. Typical clients include municipalities and counties and a variety of public institutions, e.g. the educational sector and publicly owned companies. Jesper focuses on professional recruitment, management consultancy, and team and organisational development. Before joining Mercuri Urval, Jesper worked as a manager and project manager in various municipalities in Denmark. He has experience in democratic leader training in Eastern Europe and is the founder of an NGO in Romania. He has served as chairman and member of boards in the public and private sectors. He is also the founder and developer of a centre for leadership and team training.
Jesper is a trained teacher from Aarhus University College, and he has a Diploma in Business Administration (Accounting) from Aarhus School of Business.
