We are thrilled to announce a valuable addition to our team in Brussels - Jeroen Debue! Jeroen brings a wealth of experience from both banking and leadership acquisition and advisory.

Before joining MU, he worked as an Financial services and insurance expert with 15+ years of experience. He most recently served as a Management Consultant for Professional Search at Korn Ferry. Prior roles include Practice Leader at a large Executive Recruitment firm, specialising in exclusive and retained direct/executive search assignments. He started his career as a Corporate Banker at Europabank, excelling in SME financial solutions.

MU is proud to be the next step in Jeroen's journey, with the opportunity to work with our science-based client service. His proven track-record in delivering high-quality, personalised services and building lasting client relationships will benefit our clients immensely.
