Most recent previous roles include Organisational Development Consultant for a manufacturing organisation in China and Director of Development Solutions at PAWLIK Asia.

Before working for MU, Mira has honed her expertise in management consulting, specialising in strategy implementation, change management, process optimisation, leadership advisory, coaching and mentoring, talent and organisational development, as well as B2B customer experience enhancement. Mira also has an extensive experience in the shipping, logistics, and supply chain domains.
Mira is a certified PROSCI ADKAR® Change Management Practitioner, a Maxwell Leadership® Coach, Mentor, Speaker and Trainer, DISC and ScanUp Personnel Diagnostics Certified Assessor, and certified for MIT SLOAN Organizational Design for Digital Transformation.
Mira graduated from the University of Economics – Varna with majors in Economics and International Business. She is currently undertaking the Global Executive MBA program at China Europe International Business School, Shanghai. Mira speaks Bulgarian, English and Chinese.
