Matt Hill is the Team Director for Mercuri Urval Singapore. He leads the team in Singapore and is personally focused on Executive Search and Leadership Advisory work with both APAC and Global clients.
Matt joined Mercuri Urval in 2022 and has over 24 years of personal experience in successfully building and leading businesses in APAC and the UK, whilst equally supporting Global organisations to identify, assess and hire their most important leaders across both APAC and Europe. He has completed roles for Country, Regional and Global functional and Commercial leaders in China, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, and Australia. Also, as well as some key European locations like Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands and the UK.
Matt is a key member of the Asia Pacific (APAC) Leadership Team in Mercuri Urval, where he focuses on supporting and building capability across the region, best-in-class client delivery and service and running the Singapore office
Matt throughout his career has built an extensive global network of leaders across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Innovation/R&D, Human Resources, Technology and Finance. He has also been a CEO and Managing Partner and held various Director positions throughout his career.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts honours degree (Political Science) at Portsmouth University, UK
