Isabella Valentini, based in Copenhagen, joined Mercuri Urval in 2014 and has served for 3 years as Consultant in China, and Shanghai, before transferring to the Danish organization in 2017.
Within Mercuri Urval Denmark, she works in the Strategic Accounts team, focusing on companies with a global business scope as well as international organizations operating in Denmark.

An Italian national, Isabella has built a broad background between Greater China, Germany and Denmark and brings insights into a wide range of talent markets and business cultures.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, she worked at the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Shanghai, with a business advisory and recruitment focus; in the past, she has also supported businesses in developing their network in the Hong Kong area.
Isabella has a Master's Degree in China Economics and Society from the Freie Universtt of Berlin, along with a BA in Foreign Languages and Linguistics from the University of Bologna. During her postgraduate years, she spent one year of research at the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. Native Italian speaker, Isabella is also proficient in Chinese, English, German and Danish.
