Florian Erhorn is a Partner and Shareholder at Mercuri Urval and has been with the company since 2010. He is responsible for the Practice Groups Technology/Digital, Automotive, E-mobility/Battery, Energy and Consumer. He is also working closely with Private Equity companies to support their M&A projects. In his additional role as a Client Director, Florian is leading several global accounts with a focus on Executive Search and Talent Advisory (e.g. Assessments, Management Audits and Development Centres). Based on his nearly 20 years of professional experience he can support his clients individually, locally as well as beyond borders. Florian has got extensive international consulting experience, especially in Southern and Eastern Europe, the USA and Asia (e.g. India, China and Japan).
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Florian worked for several years in different roles in HR, Controlling and Purchasing within a large corporation in the energy sector. Afterwards, he worked for an international consulting group where he was responsible for the creation and implementation of a new consulting practice specialising in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
Florian studied Business Administration and holds a master’s degree with majors in Corporate Finance and Supply Chain Management. He speaks English and German fluently.
