Jim is a senior operating strategy and commercial executive with 30+ years of experience in developing and implementing business strategies, improving business performance, and advising and supporting business transactions. Jim has significant experience supporting primary organizations and financial sponsors in the oil and gas, waste, chemical, distribution, and service industries as a consultant, advisor, principal, and investor.
Jim earned his MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania along with Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
Claire Behar is a seasoned energy professional with deep expertise across energy markets, project development, and trading strategy. As Chief Commercial Officer at Hy Stor Energy, she led business strategy, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnerships, securing market leadership in renewable hydrogen and long-duration energy storage. Prior to Hy Stor Energy, Claire ran fundamentals and trade strategy for the global natural gas trading teams at Freepoint Commodities. She holds a B.S. in geological engineering from Cornell University and is a member of NREL Energy Executive Leadership Class of 2022.
Erick is Vice President at Stevens & Lee Public Affairs, a public affairs and government relations firm that provides strategic counsel to help clients navigate complex regulatory, legislative, and political environments. He brings nearly two decades of public and private sector experience in the energy industry, with expertise in shaping policy through collaboration with trade, community, business, and municipal stakeholders. He advises businesses in utilities, renewable energy, and hydrogen sectors, and serves as President of the New Jersey Energy Coalition, guiding regulatory policy for water, electric, gas, and renewable energy companies.
He also chairs the New Jersey Society for Economic, Environmental Development's Energy Committee, overseeing energy policy initiatives. Previously, Erick advised on energy issues as a confidential aide at the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. He is a recognized speaker on energy topics and has lectured at leading institutions.

Lisa is Head of Client Consulting and Executive Search, Americas and sits under the Global Energy practice at Mercuri Urval. She has devoted her career to executive search, client relationship management and business leadership, uniquely equipping her to offer a high level of expertise and value to her clients’ organizations.
She engages in a collaborative and consultative approach and has successfully placed leaders at the CEO, CFO, COO, Chief Auditor, and Practice Leader levels. She works with a broad range of clients from private PE backed companies to high growth middle market organizations to large public enterprises.
Previously, Lisa spent several years with a global leadership development company where she delivered leadership training for many prominent organizations including Walmart Corporation, The Department of the Airforce and AirGas Corporation. She has spoken to thousands of business leaders and has been commended for her energy, passion and insight. She began her career with a real estate investment firm where she oversaw its business, accounting and human resource operations.
