Karl-Johan (KJ) Kronberg, Executive Vice President & Partner, has been with MU since 1996. Currently serving as Director International, he oversees our operations in the non-European markets including Asia-Pacific, the Americas and Africa.
KJ's journey at MU has been marked by a diverse range of roles, including Consultant, Team Leader, Head of International Business, Board Member, General Manager, Head of Business Area and Member of The Global Leadership Team. His experience is complemented by his leadership in numerous transformative development projects.
Beyond his roles at MU, KJ has contributed to various board positions within the organisation. His influence extends beyond MU, having served as a Non-executive Board Member and Supervisory Board Member in the Finance sector. He is also recognised for his earlier contribution to the Finnish Executive Search Firms' Association.

KJ holds a master’s degree in social sciences and politics from the University of Helsinki.
