Teemu Tiainen, Partner & Director, focuses on Executive Search in the mid management, C-suite and board level. He has experience from Energy, Industrial, Professional Services, Real Estate and Construction sectors.
Teemu rejoined MU after few years in another global executive search company where he was a part of the EMEA team. Prior to this he worked at MU since 2017. Teemu has more than 14 years of experience in international executive search and leadership assessments. He has undertaken a wide range of searches including most levels of functional management, C-suite and Board appointments to both large international corporations as well as SMEs. Teemu began his career in a SME company and was promoted to a CEO in just few years.

Teemu holds a Bachelor´s degree and is fluent in Finnish and English.
