We are pleased to announce that Candy Sun has joined the MU team in Shanghai as Engagement Manager in our Consumer Practice.

Candy brings more than 20 years of executive search experience with a strong track record in consumer, retail, fashion, luxury, hospitality, F&B, as well as industrial/manufacturing sectors. Her work has primarily focused on China and Asia, and she has also delivered cross-border mandates across multiple regions.

Candy has been Client Partner, Consumer Practice at FL Executive Search. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at MPS China, where she served as Director and was a founding member of the Consumer Practice. Over the course of her career, she has partnered with many of the world's most iconic consumer brands – including global leaders in sportswear, retail, beverage, cosmetics, and luxury goods – on critical senior executive mandates, achieving remarkable success. Her deep sector knowledge and sharp understanding of talent dynamics have earned her a strong reputation among multinational and local Chinese business leaders, and her extensive hands‑on experience has enabled her to advise on and close high‑stakes, mission‑critical leadership appointments in the region.
Candy holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology from the University of Westminster, UK.
