Esko started at MU in 2013. He is the Team Director of the Finnish organisation. Esko works as an advisor in Leadership Acquisition and Leadership Advisory in several industry sectors such as Technology, Professional Services and Industrial clients mainly in Helsinki and Tampere regions and also internationally.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval Esko worked in management consultant sector helping companies in business process and digital transformation projects. Before that, Esko did research work for the strategy and internationalization process of a research and technology organization. He has earlier experience also in the industrial and construction industry as well as in customer service.
Esko holds MSc in Industrial Management and is a Certified board member. Esko is fluent in English and can have simple conversations in German and Sweden as well.
