We are thrilled to introduce Therèse Klingmann as our new Senior Consultant at MU in Dresden. With a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and a decade of experience in professional and executive search, she brings valuable expertise to our team. Her focus lies in sales and filling leadership roles within the manufacturing industry and the public sector.
As a working mom, she also brings an additional blend of stress resilience, empathy, efficiency, and organisational talent—qualities that clients appreciate when working with her. Besides that establishing a strong level of trust in collaboration is of paramount importance to her.
With plenty of motivation, commitment and an extra passion for working as a consultant, Therèse Klingmann looks forward to be a valuable member in our Main Office Hamburg.
Outside of work, she finds balance spending time with her two daughters (1 and 8 years) and her husband. She also likes to recharge through sports, often clearing her mind during jogging sessions with her three-legged dog.
