Based out of Lucknow, India, Shayne is an Executive Researcher supporting the professional services practice at MU, with a focus on the EU and the N.America markets.
Since 2021, Shayne has been in the Recruitment and Executive Search industry. He started as a Research Associate first focusing on research & mapping intelligence, and search & outreach strategy for marquee clients within the IT Consulting, Business Consulting, and BPS sectors and then focusing on Project Delivery since 2022.
Shayne has catered to several brands in the innovation space including EY, Capgemini, Accenture, LTIMindtree, Infosys, etc, and has advised and aided for senior talent needs for global markets with a keen focus on the North American geography.
Shayne holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management majoring in Management Sciences from the University of Lucknow.
