Oliver is Senior Consultant at MU and based in Hamburg. He has an extensive track record in executive and professional search in various industries. In more than a decade, he has successfully filled a vast number of key and management positions. Oliver brings valuable expertise, a strong network and industry knowledge to our team. As a former naval officer in the German Armed Forces with relevant and solid experience in the defence sector, Oliver has a keen eye for the needs and challenges of the defence industry and strengthens our expertise in the defence industry.
Prior to joining MU, Oliver was Consultant and Partner in the DRSP Group and worked as a Principal Consultant for various industries in the DACH region. In his previous role at the Vater Group, he successfully established and expanded a new business unit in the field of Executive and Professional Search from the scratch. In addition, Oliver has a passion for assessments and its integration in the search process and made a leading contribution to the introduction and implementation of assessment tools for his former employers.
Oliver holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Master´s Degree in Politics and Social Sciences from the Bundeswehr University Munich. Oliver speaks German and English.
