Tarja Oinonen has been working at Mercuri Urval Helsinki office since January 2017. She has an extensive career in the retail industry, which will be her main focus sector for consultancy work at Mercuri Urval as well. Tarja's target is to establish and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure they will receive the best service and opportunities available in Executive Search and Recruitment. In addition to Executive Search and Recruitment, Tarja will build on her previous experience in the area of Talent Management.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Tarja worked for 16 years in the Finnish fashion and retail/wholesale industry. Her career includes international projects, purchase, developing, production checking, sourcing and business development both in Finland and China.
Tarja is a certified LCF coach and is working on pro-bono assignments as a mentor in Suomen Mentorit. Tarja has a higher degree in design. Having worked in international business and lived for three years in China, Tarja speaks fluent English.
