In this role
You directly report to the Head of HR in the headquarters and local plant managers.
You partner with the local management team as well as global HR team to develop the people strategy in two production facilities.
You are committed to guide and support line managers in people related issues.
You are responsible for the entire HR management and its development into a service function.
You drive HR transformation projects (e.g. digitization of HR processes, implementation of AI tools) towards a dynamic high performing organization.
You develop, implement and maintain a stable fair compensation & benefits system.
You ensure compliance of the organization’s practices with national legislation and company’s group policies.
You execute strategic initiatives to support organizational growth.
Your profile
University degree (or equivalent), preferably in areas of Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or equivalent professional experience.
At least 7 years of solid HR experience in an international environment, ideally in a matrix organization
Strong communication and negotiation skills and profound experience in multicultural environment.
Proven track record with change process management.
Excellent command in Czech and English.
