Entrepreneurial business developer with Packaging & Logistics Expertise
The tasks
As a key member of the business development team, you will drive growth by seizing new opportunities and delivering high-value packaging solutions across sectors such as retail, logistics, pooling, e-commerce, pharma or defence in Europe
Be a trusted partner by developing tailored packaging that solves logistics challenges and improves profitability.
Manage the full sales process: initiating contacts, analysing client needs, developing proposals, and negotiating when necessary.
Collaborate closely with the engineering team to develop custom-designed returnable packaging solutions.
Coordinate activities with the technical/commercial back office in Poland and Germany to ensure efficient project management.
Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at key industry events and trade fairs.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business (or equivalent experience).
Industrial packaging expert with a proven track record in driving sales growth across one or more of following segments: retail, logistics, pooling, ecommerce, pharma, defence. Knowledge of Large Foldable containers is required.
Results-oriented sales expert with a customer-first approach and entrepreneurial drive.
Strong consultative approach with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Skilled in project management and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-impact solutions.
Collaborative mindset with integrity, engagement, and a positive attitude.
Autonomous and well-organized, with strong time management skills.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel across Europe.
