“Leadership by Future Narratives"
Transformation is no longer a state of emergency.
Geopolitical crises, inflation, technological disruptions, AI and structural market changes ensure that companies have to ensure they constantly adapt.
This also fundamentally changes leadership.
In restructuring and transformations, classic management is no longer sufficient. Today, leadership means above all:
• Providing orientation under uncertainty
• Stabilising trust
• Making decisions despite incomplete information
• Conveying a credible perspective for the future
This is exactly where one approach is becoming increasingly important: "Leadership by Future Narratives".
The ability of managers to formulate a clear vision of the future and to make the path to it comprehensible is becoming a decisive success factor in modern transformations.
After all, employees, investors, banks and customers don't just want to understand WHAT is being changed — but WHY and WHERE the journey is heading. Communication is key.
Companies that are successful in transformations therefore not only have a good strategy. They have leaders who create confidence in the future.
Transformation does not begin with measures, it begins with orientation.
Having the right leaders in place with an ability to navigate in this environment will decide of the future success of your company.
