Andreas Frische is Chief Revenue Officer & Partner at MU and member of the MU Executive Committee with responsibility to grow MU. He is working on this duty with the EVP Global Talent Acquisition and Strategic Alliances, all global MU Main Offices, its Team Directors and the Practice Heads of all MU Practices. In addition, he is supported by a Sales Office to make sure all operational Leaders in MU get the right support to achieve the growth targets. Andreas is based in Hamburg and has been with MU since 2001.
Prior to his present role, Andreas worked as a Consultant in Munich. He had P&L responsibility for teams in Hamburg and Munich and has developed the teams in Dresden and Berlin. 2016 he was appointed as one of the Central Sales Leaders with a regional responsibility to implement the CEO designed and Board approved strategy of MU.
Prior to joining MU, Andreas was Sales Manager of a market-leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods company where he started his career as a Trainee. The role took him to the Netherlands, South Africa, and Germany.
Andreas holds a master’s degree in Economics from the Westfälische Wilhelms University (WWU) in Münster/Germany.
