Mats Wärnling, based in Stockholm, has worked for Mercuri Urval since 1999 and is a member of Mercuri Urvals Industry practice (including Manufacturing, Transportation and Logistics) where he focuses on mid-size international companies. Mats focus on Executive Search, Talent Advisory such as assessment and development centers, and serves as an active member of Mercuri Urval´s International Bid Office (IBO).
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Mats served as MD for the Swedish operation of the Institute for Business Technology which is an international management consultancy focused on individual- and team coaching connected to time management and leadership.
Mats also worked for Mercuri Urval Australia in 2005 and 2006. Mats have a university degree in Social Science and Economics. He is also an ICF Certified coach. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
